Bukit Kutu

10 hours

Moderate

The peak of Bukit Kutu is the former site of a colonial-era hill station once known as Treacher's Hill. Here, hikers can explore historical remnants such as an old chimney and the ruins of a colonial bungalow.

Despite its name which means 'hill', the climb to Bukit Kutu offers a challenging and highly rewarding experience. This trail is a popular choice for beginner hikers who wish to test their endurance and a perfect training ground for more advanced climbs.

Located in Kuala Kubu Bharu, Selangor, hikers will navigate a variety of obstacles, including river crossings and steep, rooted sections of he path.

The summit itself is marked by a large boulder, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding landscape, including the Sungai Selangor Dam and the majestic Titiwangsa Mountain Range.
