Experience the best of both worlds in this combo hike! Conquer the challenging ascent to Bukit Batu Chondong and cool down at the refreshing, Batu Asah Waterfall.

The adventure begins as you make your way through a lush green forest. The trail offers a mix of terrains, from well-marked paths and rocky sections to a steep climb towards the summit. As you ascend Bukit Batu Chondong, you'll need to use your hands to scramble over boulders, and you'll be well-protected from the sun by the dense forest canopy.

Upon conquering Bukit Batu Chondong's 300-meter summit, you'll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The journey then takes a turn towards the soothing sounds of Batu Asah Waterfall. This is the perfect spot to cool down, as you can take a refreshing dip in its cool, crystal-clear water. The waterfall is a stunning cascade of nine tiers, with multiple pools for you to relax in.

Please be aware that parts of the trail are also used by ATV riders. Hikers should stay alert and keep an eye out for them to ensure a safe and enjoyable journey.

Not Suitable For:

1. Participation in hikes organized by JomHiking is not suitable for the following:

Children under 5 years of age
Individuals over 65 years of age
Pregnant women
Individuals with serious medical conditions, including heart problems, respiratory issues, high blood pressure, altitude sickness, recent surgery, or low fitness levels
Individuals with back problems, vertigo, or fear of heights
Individuals with mobility impairments or wheelchair users
Individuals with insect allergies
Individuals who have been diving within 24 hours prior to the hike

Risks:

Hiking activities carry inherent risks which may result in injury or, in rare cases, death.
These risks can be reduced through proper preparation, safety measures, and by following the instructions of the appointed guide (MGP).
Participants acknowledge the possibility of hazards including, but not limited to:

Fatigue, dehydration, or muscle cramps
Slips, falls, or straying off the trail
Contact with poisonous or thorny plants
Flash floods, landslides, falling trees or branches
Encounters with wild or venomous animals
Hyperthermia (overheating) or hypothermia (excessive cold)
Infections or diseases transmitted by animals or the environment

Indemnity:

Participants are covered by the Hikers PA insurance. In the event of an accident, injury, or death during the hiking period, JomHiking and its operating team shall not be held liable for any claims.
